G-SOUND IMPACT FOIL TEST
The G-SOUND impact foil has been designed to provide an impenetrable defense against impact noise. To this end, G-SOUND has not only passed, but more than passed all the rigorous tests to which it has been subjected. We have carried out exhaustive tests using the Sound Reduction Index, in accordance with the strict UNE-EN ISO 10140-3:2022 and UNE EN ISO 10140-1:2022 standards. The results are more than promising: G-SOUND has demonstrated its exceptional ability to absorb and dissipate impact noise, rising well above the standards. Tests have accurately measured the reduction of impact noise transmitted by floor coverings on normally heavy slabs. G-SOUND’s superior performance not only meets the most demanding standards, it redefines them. It should be noted that the assessment of results has been performed according to the international standard ISO 717-2 and are based on tests under laboratory conditions (engineering method).
