with chlorinated rubber paint has disadvantages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>It has limited durability: it<\/strong> degrades due to the action of the sun and humidity, loses flexibility and cracks.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dry application<\/strong>: if applied when the substrate is wet it may cause early failure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Low compatibility <\/strong>with other products: it must be
